I'm super happy to host a MANTRA & SOUND HEALING EXPERIENCE at Calme Garden in Lagonissi, a beautiful permaculture project and community space.

Join me for a meditative flow from silence to sound, exploring the different layers of sound expression as well as your emotional state through your sound body. Mantras are supporting us to recalibrate our sound bodys and to enrich our speech with sacred syllables.

Shanti Manpreet is a meditation, mantra and nada yoga teacher as well as a sound therapist. Born in Germany she lives since one year in Greece to deepen her studies about healing arts with her teacher Za Rah Kumara. As she had no prior musical experience she supports you on your healing journey with your voice in a very intuitive way. In the last 4 years she teached the sacred art of mantras and meditation in different places like yoga studios, office settings, private sessions and a woman prison.
